Mr. Abhay Kumar Mishra addresses students at Ignited Minds in Jaitpur

New Delhi ( S.B.team ) Mr. Abhay kumar Mishra, who is an eminent social analyst, freelance journalist and writer, addressed the students at The Ignited Minds Institute in Jaitpur. He talked to the students in their own language and elaborated on the importance of education in our life. He told many inspiring stories to the students to motivate them for gaining knowledge. During his speech, he interacted with the students frankly and invited many of them to speak their minds on the mic.

Mr. Mishra has been associated with many news papers and magazines and has written a no. of articles on burning social issue. His recently published articles include “Cricket Qaumiyat Pakistan aur Musalman” (Inquilab), “Beja Bahas ka silsila (Dainik Jagran) and JNU men tank utarne ke mana (Inquilab). He is a multilingual personality and is proficient in Urdu also along with Hindi and English.

He has developed some understanding of Arabic and Persian languages as well by putting his own strenuous efforts to learn them. It is interesting to note that he had led the popular movement of “Holy cow and unholy swine” in JNU few years back in an effort to assert the rights of the people to eat what they want and to negate the recent moves of some right wing forces to control the eating habits of others.

The lecture was organized by the Ignited Minds Institute as part of the educational awareness program in the area to motivate the parents, their wards and local residents for education.
Mr. Abhay Kumar’s lecture comes fifth in the series of motivational lectures and he is preceded by Dr. Athar Zafar, Er. Tanveer Ahmad, Dr. Halima Sadia and Dr. Akram Minhaj (MBBS,MD), who have interacted with the students, parents and locals in last four months.
Dr. Md. Eisa introduced Mr. Mishra to the audiences. At the end of the speech, Director of the institute Dr. Mohsin Atique Khan expressed the words of thanks to the people. Many dignitaries were present on this occasion. Of many Professor Hafeezuddin, Director of the institute Dr Najmuddin, Dr. Athar Zafar, Master Mushfiq Salim, Dr. Adnan and Dr. Raihan deserve special mention.
